Performances & Additional Costs:
All dance class students will participate in a year-end recital as well as perform in a Christmas parade during the holiday season.
-
Recital Costumes: Each class will require a costume purchase for the recital. Costume fees will be announced in advance to allow for budgeting and planning.
-
Christmas Parade Warm-Ups: Students performing in the parade will need to purchase official King Dance warm-ups for a polished and unified look.
These events are an exciting and rewarding part of our program, giving dancers the opportunity to showcase their progress and perform for their families and community.
2025-2026 Dance Season
Level 1/2 & Level 2/3
Ballet
Classes are designed to build a strong foundation in classical ballet technique while fostering a love for dance. Level 1/2, introduces basic ballet positions, movements, and classroom etiquette in a fun and imaginative environment that encourages coordination, balance, and musicality. Level 2/3, builds on these fundamentals with more structured barre and center work, focusing on posture, alignment, strength, and performance quality. Both levels aim to develop discipline, confidence, and a deeper understanding of ballet as dancers progress.
Level 1/2 & 2/3

Classes introduce young dancers to the rhythm, timing, and musicality that are essential to tap dance. In Level 1/2, students learn basic tap steps, simple combinations, and how to listen and respond to music through sound and movement in a fun, upbeat setting.
