Studio Policies
Our goal is to provide a positive, organized, and supportive environment where dancers can thrive and develop their skills. To ensure a smooth and successful experience for all students, we have established a few studio policies. These guidelines help maintain a structured learning environment and ensure that each dancer is prepared and able to participate fully in our classes and performances. Please review our policies carefully, and feel free to reach out with any questions. We look forward to dancing with you!
1
Attire Requirements
All students are required to wear a black leotard and pink tights for each class. Students attending Hip Hop class are welcome to wear comfortable, everyday clothing and clean tennis shoes suitable for movement. During the last week of the month all students have the option to wear any color leotard. Additionally, all students are required to wear the appropriate dance shoes for each class (ex. tap shoes, ballet shoes). Proper attire helps create a focused and professional environment, ensuring comfort and ease of movement during lessons. Dancers must also have their hair securely tied back, off their neck and face (ex. ponytail, bun), to ensure safety and ease of movement throughout class. Please make sure your child is dressed appropriately before each class to ensure they can fully participate.
2
Attendance Policy
In order to participate in the recital, students must attend regularly. Regular attendance is essential for progress and learning choreography. If a student misses too many classes, they may not be able to perform in the showcase. Please notify the studio in advance if a student will be absent.
3
Payment Policy
All students are required to use the monthly payment plan to ensure consistent attendance and participation. Payments are due every four weeks before attending classes. A $10 late fee will be added to any payments not received by the due date.
4
Parent Observation Policy & Pickup Policy
To ensure that students can fully focus on their lessons, we ask that parents remain outside of the dance room during class. This helps students give their full attention to the teachers and minimizes distractions. Parents are welcome to sit in the hallway or designated waiting areas during class time. Additionally, for the safety of all students, parents must pick up their dancers inside the building at the end of each class. We appreciate your understanding in creating the best learning environment for our dancers!

Here are some examples of where to find some necessary items.
Please note that while the images provided are helpful examples, the shoes do not need to be the exact brand shown. The shoes simply need to match the required colors. Likewise, the leotard does not need to be the exact style pictured, but it must be black.
